Our food Pantry is largely supported from individual donations, although with rising prices and increasing need, the business and organization community is stepping up to help in a substantial manner. 

With your donations, we buy food from the Central Pa. Food bank and other selected providers where we seek reduced priced goods. We also negotiate for free donated foods at selected vendors.

We are very proud of the fact that no donated funds are used for salary or to pay “employees” – we have none – all effort is offered free from local volunteers. Thus 90%+ of the donations raised goes towards the cost of food while the remainder is for supplies and expenses like electricity and rent.
